Hiking with Accessories

I was walking on Queen street the other day and I found this really cute store that sells jewellery, hand bags & beautiful hair pieces. There is so much variety and everything is very unique. I wanted to buy everything!


My lovely boyfriend got me this necklace from there. I absolutely Love it! Last night I wore it to dinner with these ripped Capri's and casual white top. I tried it on with a more fancy look and it looked amazing. I will definitely be going back this week to pick up some more goodies.

Today is Hot Hot Hot out there! I will not complain, but I would love to be near a pool right now. Yesterday was a little cooler, which is perfect weather for hiking! We do it every year and it's so much fun, especially with a group of friends. It's also a fantastic workout. First tip. Never wear white. I, the smarty that I am wore white shorts and white shoes. You can imagine how that one turned out. Haha.

Short post today. I've been wanting to show you my baby girl named Pebbles! How adorable is she? I already have a 3 years old male named Bam Bam so I figured I needed a Pebbles. She is the funniest little thing and I love her so much :)

Busy Weekend

I hope everyone is having a great long weekend, although it's not over yet. I have been invited to so many BBQ's this weekend, I'm almost sick of them... almost. I'll let you know how I feel tomorrow as I will be going to another one. The weather has been getting better, so I am happy about that. I got to wear dresses- Finally!

A friend of mine recently told me about this designer shoe sale she went to a few weeks ago. Naturally I got upset at her for not inviting me, but she said they have them often enough, so I forgave her and went to the sale last week. Woohoo! I ended up buying 3 pairs. Not bad for my first time. To be honest if I had more cash on me I probably would have gotten 4-6 pairs. I know it's a bit extreme, but when you see $60 a pair, you'd go pretty crazy too haha. There were however some that were $100.  Anyway the sale is called The Petite Feet Shoe Sale. The name throws you off, but they have all sizes, from 5 up to size 10.

Yes, I had to have them both & no it's not the first time I've done this. I'm bad like that. Hehe ;) 

After the shoe sale we went for a walk around Queen St. It was packed. As soon as the sun comes out the patios get full, the stores go crazy. It's like a mini New York City... You gotta love it.

Blue Days

I love jumpsuits, this one in particular is so comfortable and elegant. It works well in both cold and warm weather. I got this a while ago and have only worn it a couple of times. Last weekend I decided to take it out of my closet and wear it to dinner with some friends. Every time I wear this, no matter where I go, I always seem to get complements.  It's one of those outfits that make you feel feminine and beautiful.

I actually got this one at H&M the other day, but unfortunately I haven't had a chance to wear it yet, the weather in Toronto hasn't been the best. All this rain makes me want to stay home and sleep all day.



I will probably wear this many times to beach this summer, I can already see it. It's so easy to slip on and off with my bathing suit underneath and it has these cute little pockets on the sides.
Ohhh I can't wait for summer!

Designer Sale

I got invited to go to a garage sale a few months ago and my first thought was - I hate garage sales!
My friend kept insisting I  go and told me that this wasn't a normal drive by a house garage sale, this was a designer sale!

The story: It's basically a wealthy couple that does this every year for charity.  

Ding Ding Ding!!!

So naturally I got super excited and woke up at 5 AM to wait in line with about 50 other people.

What she didn't tell me, or more like warn me, was that people push, shove, run and grab grab grab until there's nothing left on the racks. So obviously, me being "inexperienced" in these sort of things, just stood there like an idiot looking at everyone in shock because they were almost fighting each other to get their hands on everything!!!

Needless to say I ended up with a beautiful cashmere sweater, some boyfriend goodies and I almost got my hands on a new MacBook Pro... Almost :(

Is it socially acceptable to wear a sweater (this sweater) every day and night for the rest of my life?  It's absolutely wonderful and so comfortable.

I'm only kidding... although a girl could dream ;)

 Bottom line. This time next year I will definitely come prepared to fight back. Gotta start training. Haha.

Casual and Fun

It has been a very busy week and I haven't had time for much. I'm actually running late for a friend's birthday right now, but I decided to blog quickly before I go. I'm going to be all over the place this weekend, but Sunday night I will be sitting here blogging away all sorts of fun stuff.
